Sweet Toasted Pumpkin Seeds




So sweet, so simple and so homemade.

Carving pumpkins is 99% of the reason why I look forward to October (JK I lied because Halloween and booties) but I do love grabbing these little guys while I gut my pick of the year.

Throw these over ice cream or eat them as is and you won't regret sticking your hand in a slimy fruit. (fun fact!)

Recipe:

2 cups pumpkin seeds
6 tbs honey
4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup pecans
Dash salt

Spray non-stick oil on a small tray and bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 min.
